- Etherfuse generates revenue through a variable commission structure based on the yield (Y) of the underlying sovereign asset, ranging from 0.25% to 1.5% per annum. This commission is deducted from the gross yield of the Financial Assets acquired using customer funds, net of third-party charges and taxes. The fee tiers are as follows: Low yield (Y < 4.5%): Fixed commission of 0.25% Intermediate yield: Commission calculated as F% = 0.2273 × Y − 0.7727, adjusting proportionally to asset performance High yield (Y ≥ 10%): Fixed commission of 1.5%

- GILTS tokens are backed by short-term sterling-denominated UK Government Bonds (Gilts) issued by the UK's Debt Management Office, with maturities generally under 90 days. The portfolio is continuously reinvested to maintain exposure to prevailing UK interest rates as set by the Bank of England. This short-duration approach minimizes interest rate sensitivity while providing yields tied to UK macroeconomic conditions.

- Each GILTS token is fully collateralized 1:1 by short-term sterling-denominated UK Government Bonds held in custody through Archax, a regulated UK financial institution. Underlying assets are overcollateralized with live proof of reserves published monthly. UK Gilts carry an Aa3/AA credit rating, issued by the UK's Debt Management Office and backed by the full faith and credit of the United Kingdom government. Assets are not rehypothecated, leveraged, or subject to on-chain algorithmic management.
- Holder rights
- GILTS token holders have contractual rights governed by the Etherfuse Agreement for the Provision of Services and Commercialization of Tokens. Holders are entitled to redemption of their tokens for the equivalent value of underlying UK Government Bonds, subject to settlement cycles and market hours. Token holders do not exercise governance rights over the protocol.
- Account segregation details
- Customer funds are strictly segregated from Etherfuse's own capital in accordance with internal policies and applicable regulatory frameworks. Underlying UK Government Bonds (Gilts) are held through Archax, a regulated UK financial institution, ensuring clear separation between customer assets and operational funds.

- GILTS Stablebonds are registered under Swiss law in accordance with the Swiss Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) Act. This framework provides asset segregation and bankruptcy remoteness protections, ensuring client assets are isolated and protected in the event of Etherfuse insolvency. Token holders benefit from a bankruptcy-remote structure that legally separates underlying assets from Etherfuse's corporate estate.
