The investment is structured as debt, offering a 3% accrued fixed yield with additional upside tied to exit proceeds. The selected units, located across multiple floors, provide a turnkey investment targeting a total return of 31% over an 18-month period. Acquired during the construction phase to lock in early pricing, the apartments will be listed on the MetaWealth platform in Q2 2026 under a long-term lease with BlueGround, with the flexibility to sell individually should market conditions evolve.
