Redemption Description
Generally, a request for a Stablecoin Withdrawal by an Investor on a Stablecoin Withdrawal Date will be satisfied as of such Stablecoin Withdrawal Date in PYUSD Stablecoins. Withdrawal requests will be satisfied on a first-in, first-out basis on the applicable Stablecoin Withdrawal Date. However, in the event that the Fund and the Offshore Fund are unable to satisfy aggregate Stablecoin Withdrawal requests from the Fund and stablecoin redemption requests from the Offshore Fund on a Stablecoin Withdrawal Date due to insufficient Stablecoin Reserves, such withdrawal requests will be rejected.
