Subscription Description
The minimum initial subscription to the Fund is $5,000,000 for entity investors and $1,000,000 for individual/natural person investors. An Investor may make additional subscriptions to the Fund in any amount.

Redemption Description
An Investor may request to withdraw all or a portion of the balance in the Capital Account of such Investor for USD (a “USD Withdrawal”) on any Business Day (each day on which a withdrawal (or portion thereof) is effected, a “USD Withdrawal Date”) until 2:00 PM ET. The Administrator will be notified of a USD Withdrawal request via the Fund Investor Portal. In processing any USD Withdrawal request, the Administrator references the Published NAV of the Fund to calculate the total USD Withdrawal amount and instructs the Tokenization Agent to liquidate or “burn” the correlative Token(s) from the Investor’s digital wallet. The smart contract flags the Token(s) to be burned and holds them in escrow. Once the proceeds from the USD Withdrawal have been sent to the Investor, the Token(s) are burned.
