For subscription into GDCP, the investor must first complete onboarding with North Capital. This includes all KYC/B requirements for approval into the fund. Once approved, the investor will sign the GDCP participation agreement and will be provided access to the GDCP offering board on the AmpFi.Digital platform from which orders can be placed and where USD funding instructions can be found. Upon receipt of funds, maturity matched U.S. Treasury securities will be purchased and tokens will be issued to the wallet address provided during the subscription process. Funds must be received prior to the daily cutoff time (4:00 PM ET each business day) in order to be minted the same day. Newly minted tokens will be locked upon issuance and can be unlocked upon request.

Tokens are automatically redeemed at maturity if not rolled and face value is transferred to the holder. Tokens are then marked as paid on Ethereum and become non-transferrable except to the Null wallet. Tokens can be redeemed prior to maturity upon request and at the discretion of the issuer. BUIDL: Investors may redeem directly prior to maturity with the Issuer to receive USD via wire transfer to the bank account stored on the Issuer's records. Early redemptions are initiated by sending tokens to the encrow contract, which can be facilitated through the Ampfi.Digital platform UI or by directly sending tokens to the escrow contract. Tokens must be received into the escrow contract by the cutoff time (4:00 PM ET each business day) for same day processing of the wire payment. Redemptions received after the cutoff time will be paid during the next operating day of the fund. Early redemption is done at the discretion of the Issuer at market price.
