tGOLD can be redeemed for physical gold bullions at any Aurus service provider offering this service. To do so, users must send an email to team@aurus.io communicating their withdrawal request. Then, undergo KYC verification. Subsequently, the user will receive a list of available gold bars to choose from, and respective prices in tGOLD. Once the due requested amount in tGOLD is sent, users will be able to arrange delivery to your place. Separately, Aurus will service cash settlement upon request.
