Investors receive a fixed annual return of 12% without needing to select properties or engage in operational management. The investment model operates through the RNT-IDX-1 Series, backed by guarantees on the properties selected for the project. This structure allows investors to benefit from asset-secured exposure without obtaining direct ownership rights over the underlying real estate. The project has a 48-month duration, with monthly return payments, targeting a total estimated return of 48% according to the project documentation.
