A Limited Partner may demands its tokens be purchased by the Partnership as of any date in an amount equal to the Tokenized Unit Price, provided the Partnership receives written notice not less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance of such Redemption Date.

"The minimum Contribution for a Limited Partner is $20,000. Capital Contributions of lesser amounts may be accepted in the discretion of the General Partner.  All Capital Contributions shall be invested at the then current Net Asset Value of the Partnership.  The General Partner, in its sole discretion, may accept in-kind contributions. Any investor who makes an in-kind contribution in lieu of cash to the Partnership should consult with such investor’s counsel or advisors as to the tax effect of such Contribution. "

"The Partnership’s books of account will be audited at the end of each fiscal year by a firm of certified public accountants selected by the GP. Books of account will generally be kept by the Partnership, in accordance with GAAP. The GP will furnish audited financial statements to all Limited Partners within one-hundred-twenty (120) days, or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practicable, following the conclusion of each fiscal year. In addition, all Limited Partners will receive the information necessary to prepare federal and state income tax returns following the conclusion of such fiscal year as soon thereafter as is reasonably practical.   On a quarterly basis, all Limited Partners will receive unaudited performance reports and such other information as the General Partner determines. The General Partner will not be required to provide information with regard to specific investment transactions of the Partnership."
