REENTAL – Costa Mediterránea 1 (CME-1) is a tokenized real-estate loan investment located in Garrucha, Almería (Spain), focused on the reactivation, completion, and enhancement of an existing residential building with approximately 50% of construction already completed. The project involves finalizing the remaining construction, urban planning regularization, and positioning the asset as a functional residential complex with 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units designed to meet diverse market demand. The investment aims to maximize absorption and final asset value in a consolidated coastal market. The investment model is structured through the RNT-CME-1 Series, under which a Reental group company acquires the real estate asset directly, resuming construction and managing the development until project completion and sale.
