Eligible accredited investors can subscribe to GLDY through the Streamex platform. KYC/AML verification is required prior to subscription. Minimum investment is $200,000 USD for individuals and $1,000,000 USD for institutions during pre-sale. Subscriptions are processed on a continuous basis. All subscribers must meet Regulation D 506(c) accreditation requirements or qualify as Qualified Institutional Buyers under Rule 144A.

Redemption Description
Holders may redeem GLDY for physical gold (minimum 100 troy ounces) or fiat currency. Physical gold redemptions incur a 4% fee covering fabrication, insured shipping, handling, and administrative costs. Standard redemptions (up to 5% of total reserves) are processed within 10-15 business days. Large redemptions exceeding 5% of total reserves require 60-day advance notice. Tokens are permanently burned upon redemption.
