Series A Blockchain Common Stock of Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. (“blockchain stock”)—an equity security issued by FTS and recorded using a combination of on-chain and off-chain records. Wallet addresses, balances, and transfer/trade records are maintained on-chain on the Provenance Blockchain, while personally identifiable information is maintained off-chain; the transfer agent maintains linking records (Master Security Holder File and Control Book). The blockchain stock is transferable peer-to-peer only among “permitted holders” that have passed KYC/AML onboarding, and it is eligible to trade on the company’s ATS (not on NASDAQ).
