The user completes a one-time onboarding to verify they are a qualified investor, including KYC and AML checks under Colb's obligations as a Swiss financial intermediary. When a subscription window is open, the user chooses the amount and pays in stablecoins at the token's NAV. Once the operator confirms the acquisition of the SPV shares of economic rights, the Trust issues the tokens directly to the user's wallet. From that moment the user holds a Swiss ledger-based security backed 1:1 by the asset, in their own wallet, tradable on the secondary market. Subscription windows open whenever Colb secures a new block of shares, so if the current window is closed, the next one is usually being prepared.
