US Treasury Debt

The Midas-issued mTBILL token provides investors with on-chain exposure to the Federal Reserve's risk-free rate. Each mTBILL represents one share in the BlackRock Treasury Bond (fund) that exclusively holds short-dated U.S. government debt. 

Midas charges no trading fees, and only collects a 0.15% fee for fiat-onboarding and off-boarding. The onboarding fee will be waived during the launch period.

Verified (KYC'ed) users of the Midas Protocol can mint and redeem mTBILL for the net asset value of its corresponding amount.

Verified (KYC'ed) users of the Midas Protocol can deposit USDC, after which a value-eqivalent quanity of mTBILL is minted and transferred to the user's wallet.

Midas performs a KYC & AML check on investors intending to mint mTBILL by depositing USDC directly into the Midas Protocol or via USD Bank wire. Midas-issued assets are available for issuance to all non-US investors and entities.
